Sorry about the wait time at the moment - it's much longer than we'd like, and we are trying to bring it back down; it's mostly because we've had a lot more tickets coming in than usual, what with the new scroll of resurrection system and the ongoing beta. Thankyou for your patience.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happened - I can't imagine how disappointing it must have been to finally receive your copy of Diablo III and have some of the contents missing, that really sucks, and I have no idea how it could have happend.

This isn't something that I will be able to fix for you myself unfortuantely, as it really is something that will have to be reported to the retailer, so that it can be sorted out via the distributer - it isn't something that I can do myself, as we only have access to the online store from here, not external retailers. I am sure though that this can be all sorted out for you, but you will need to wait for a reply from GameStop before you can proceed. I'm not sure how their customer service works, as I don't have any dealings with them myself, but it may be worth contacting them by phone if that is available, so that you can get an immediate response.

Thanks for getting in touch about this issue.

In order to resolve this problem, you will need to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the game, who should replace the missing content or offer you a replacement copy. Unfortunately, in these cases we are unable to supply replacement box contents, so any problems which arise will need to be resolved via the retailer.

Just received my two copies of D3 CE and...

In both of them I am missing Diablo 3 Guest Passes... and in one of them there is not SOUNDTRACK DVD/CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!

It really runs smoothly maxed out and just looks stunning! Great job!

I already ordered D3 collectors edition a long time ago at my local games retail store,
so I'm pretty sure I'll have one according to my friend who is the owner of the shop.

This edition comes with a lot of fun stuff, and one thing I'm very excited about is the skull with the fragment of the world stone, since I'm fan from the first game when it came out.
The stone is a usb with D2 and it's expansion. Will these games run on the current OS of the Macintosh? Because I recently changed from PC to a MAC, about a year ago.

PS: I also bought Diablo III: Book of Cain, because I red some pieces of the book on the internet and it was just awesome storytelling from one of my favorite Blizzard / Diablo characters of all time, your friend and mine Deckard Cain. Just one thing to bad you guys didn't sell it in Europe or Belgium for that matter. I needed it to ship from Nord America to get it here.

i work in a game store and ive heard that we only get 1 collectors editions to the store 15may, so i pre ordered that one + i work that day so its mine!! >:D

That's some sweet stuff right there, got mine ordered! Just remember that the CE dyes are, as far as the community knows, the colors beige (cloud) and grey (smoke) - no particle effects involved.

I pre-ordered and paid for my Collectors Edition in December already! Can't wait!!!!!! I played the beta and know I'm counting the days for the retail release. This is going to be epic :)
