Bloodthirst vs Inspiring Presence
Hey, I am wondering if there's any DPS threshold that you need to have in order for bloodthirst to be better than inspiring presence? Of course, IP will be better if you play team but I mean solo. Also, I would assume that the more attack speed you get the better Bloodthirst get. I'm just wondering
