Over recent days we have seen the situation regarding latency and lag improve, however we are still monitoring this situation and in order to look into this, we are requesting information from affected players.
We have set up a webform in order to gather this information:
Please note that this information request requires a D3Debug.txt file to be attached. This can be found in your Diablo III installation folder.
D3Debug.txt is regenerated at the start of each play session, so please attach it immediately after the play session where you experienced lag. If you’ve restarted the game, the file will be replaced.

UPDATE - 27/03: Many thanks for your patience while we investigated the reports of latency. We've been informed by our internet service partners that enhancements have been made to improve the gaming experience of those affected.
We’ll continue to keep a close eye on this thread for any reports of latency but in the meantime, happy demon slaying!
