Is there anyway that beta keys can be given to South Africans?
It's a little depressing seeing all the countries getting beta key giveaways, and knowing SA won't get any...

What is the chance that a country like South Africa will get beta-keys?

Why not just send to all registered battlenet clients or every second client.
Don't do it per country.
