Diablo® III

So I am fairly disappointed in the way that they have so far as in beta at least not added any armor/helm/leg/gauntlet slots for them.

Yes it might seem a bit waste of equipping you followers in some eyes but it contributes to the way Diablo works in my eyes, since D2 had the armor slots but not the ring / neck slots and now it's the other way around.

Anyone know if this is only for the beta or that they are supposed too only have these slots?

My view on this is that I feel if they wanted us to fully equip Followers, we would already have seen it in the beta. It's just speculation of course, but I think in the end it comes down to balance.

If we find our Followers to be fairly useless in the latter difficulties, perhaps they will re-evaluate the decision, but for now I think what we see is what we get.

That said, I hope I'm wrong! I too would like to equip my Follower with more gear, should I choose to use one.

I, too, would like to see fully equipable followers.

I agree with op, more items for followers!

I liked this feature in D2. But we´ll see.
