Example that is the same for all 5 chars. I play through singleplayer hardcore until completed. I join co-op with my level 8 char and complete the game. At this point he hits level 10 or even maybe 11. Once i complete the game and try to join another public game it says there is no quests to join for my level and it recommends to play through singleplayer to unlock for quests. I want to hit 13 with all chars and co-op seems much faster so thats why i want to do more runs with the same char. I have seen lots of lvl 12-13 chars in co-op i join with my lvl 7-8 chars. Even if i play singleplayer again i cant to hardcore co-op again. Are we limited to 1 hardcore co-op completion per character?

I can start singleplayer games and then open it up for the public. Maybe thats the way it is supposed to be.

Hi. What you can do is that once your character hits that certain level, you should: change the quest, start a new game, open it for public and leave that game. Then you'll be able to join.
