Its only a scam if you pay and don't get the game.. like cd case without CD:s thats a scam...
Servers being down isn't a scam its something they have to fix...

Relax befor yelling out crap, Its sunday its a slow workday and getting someone to help fix a server maintence is hard on a Sunday specially for Games has thiere server guys probly have a heartattack from sitting and sleeping...

Sorry for interfering, but by paying so much money as a customer you MUST have many available personnel right inside the server rooms with jackets and hot coffee to overcome the all those issues.

Also Diablo has fans, don't toy them.

Common its only the first week. They have to be in stand by even at nights.

Game is out for 5 days. Already got to error #3003. Quite an achievement!
