Same thing keeps happening to me, only exception is that I have a Disc copy.
I have searched around and there doesn't seem to be a solid answer, either from Blizzard or anybody else.

Hello,

Can you try removing the following folder:

[WINDOWS XP]

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Battle.net

[WINDOWS VISTA/7]

C:\ProgramData\Battle.net

Once here, right click on the Agent folder and select Rename. You can then rename the folder to Agent.Temp to ensure that it is not recognised by the game the next time it launches.

( Application data is a secret file ) In total commander = Settings = u must enable the hidden folders , secret files !

I HOPE I HELPED TO ALL BROS !!!!!!!!
