So over the last couple of days my game has been utterly terrible, unable to play and crying myself to sleep because i couldnt farm, i range blizzard twice and on the second attempt got this information.

Im not able to tell you this 100% works for people who arent on Virgin Media broadband, but this is an attempt to help all of you out there fix the rubber banding and lag.

I was told, after the issues were fixed to reset to 900 afterwards so hopefully this will work for you.
