All the whine on forums just shows how the game is fun and addicting. Some people can't live without it for few hours.

Nah. People just forward to playing a new game after their workday and are greeted with BS errors for a product they thought would work. Blizzard's extreme arrogance is the fuel that keeps this rage burning.

This

The whole attitude of blizzard is just plain bad towards it's customers.....

I even have more problems then only the disconnects peyed 2 times for the game because of an error on their side.....

called 1 hour of hanging on the phone waiting and adressing the issue and they didn't do their job so a week later still no money back you call again and they tell you yeah we made a booboo you can wait 2 to 4 weeks............to get your money back....

so you file a complaint and the only response you get is how it happend and almost telling you that yeah it was my problem buying at them.........

wtf

oh and all these downtimes are normal for them when a game launches......

well blizzard start beta testing before you release and treat your customers with a little more respect you will lose a lot of fans this way................

I hate to say it but even electronic arts gives better service when you have a real problem like I did

We stop being negative when theres no need for it. Now theres plenty of reasons for being negative. Plenty. We paid for quality, yet we have not recieved it.

Does people actually read the whole post before replying?

Again i have to say, where in my post am i defending blizzard?

But some people seem to believe by repeating somthing several time when it has been said "we are working around the clock to fix it" is the best way to go. i mean seriously?! and I am NOT defending blizzards action towards Diablo 3 and the issues that have come with the game. nothing i want MORE than to see it all being fixed.

its understandable that people were expecting a fully flawless game after so many years, but no matter the time it takes for a game to be released, there will be flaws on the way.

the point of this post was to try an make some of the people making these wierd complaint post that, no matter HOW much you complain, they will NOT fix it over night, they will NOT jump when you demand it because you payed for the game.

they have said they KNOW about the issues and are working on fixing them.

yeah please stop defending blizzard.

i have to ask, are you stupid or somthing? Re-read the bloody post if you have such a hard time understanding, none here is defending blizzard. Rather being sick of people non-stopp complaining when it has been said, WE ARE WORKING to fix the issue.

Blizzard is making their problems our. WE have every right to complain.

OP just go watch goats or whatver u do in ur village.

Frequent disconnects, untested content (multiplying stats and then not test it makes it untested) in many industries you cannot release your product then, but apparently it is fine for software, we can always fix it later right??? trollol

How about giving blizzard more than 15 days to fix all the small issues the game has?

Nope because 15 days is the legal limit to claim refund (if Diablo 3 is considered a product and not a service, very clever of them to sell it as a product when it is actually a service, they dodge a few legal obligations)
Give them more than 15 days and you are stuck and they wont care anymore.

well, if u wanna buy a game where u most of the time (remember this game isnt long ago released!) see an error (wich means u CANT PLAY), be happy with it.
but the people wanna play the game they bought.

Yes, everyone reads the full post and to prove it, I have quoted the full text of your post.

In the beginning, people said 'it's launch day, what did you expect lolz', then they said 'It's the day after the launch, what did you expect lolz, give them a few days to sort it out', then they said 'It's launch week, what did you expect lolz, give them a few days to sort it out', now they are saying 'It's only been 15 days since launch lolz, give them a few days to fix it, lolz'.

The point is... they are the ones that are repeating themselves. What good does it do to keep posting that people should give Blizzard a few more days, when they've had two weeks of the full product and many, many months of the beta test, which, if they were, you know, testing,. should have clued them up to a few of these issues.

I also refute your claim that they are working round the clock to resolve these issues. For a start, the issues have been ongoing for over two weeks now and the issues have never been resolved. This means that all Blizaard employess have been up working for over 360 hours! When you haven't had sleep for that amount of time you start hallucinating and all sorts of weird things happen. I for one would like it if they either stopped saying they were working round the clock when they aren't, or if they are working round the clock to get some sleep and maybe then they'd be able to see their screens properly.

looked quickly through a few threads you have posted on, and you really dont have anything to say, so please zip it.

If all had the personality like you, we would not have made it up from the sea at the first light of day.

"me and my friend is thinking of suing blizzard"

"I want my money back"

"Diablo 3 is terrible"

"Nothing to do in D3!"

what the heck is up with people?

Im so far tired of coming to this forum to actually read usefull posts, interesting posts etc about the game, classes and story and whatnot. And i cannot help to just feel pissed about the amount of negative posts that is out here, the list when you come ot the site is filled with them.

You think you know better than blizzard about how to balance, fix or run a game? its what actually quite a few posts out there says, straight up "this is how you fix the imbalanced issues". If people are gonna post !@#$ like "if you dont like it, dont come here" as for all of you making em damn negative posts, you are a part of the community, so am i. you want your voice heard, now i want mine heard.

and my voice says stopp all this negativity. for the love of god, what is the point? when people visit this site, what impression does it give them? seeing so many posts about all the %^-* they both "think" is wrong with the game and issues blizzard is actually working their asses of to fix and whatnot.

How about giving blizzard more than 15 days to fix all the small issues the game has? yes, im not saying the game is fully a 100% completely done / balanced and whatnot, but they are working on it! it will come! Yes a few classes could have been buffed, some nerfed, buff the difficultys, nerf em, do this and do that. Its not helping a bit because they already know!

The first week of Diablo i lost count on how many posts i saw with people going ape!@#$ over the servers being laggy and going down. What did people expect with so many milions trying to logg in and play the game at the same time? But is this a valid reason to make posts about "im gonna sue blizzard" and whatnot?

some people will continue to post on the forum and scream about different issues here and there, post ideas they think blizard will strongly take into consideration and put into action so you can have your name up on the thanks list over who made the game. by all means, continue.

So this being said, i believe the storm of responds, good or bad will start. lets hope people uses their brains when they reply.

And lets try to enjoy the game more instead of creating a bad atmoshpere on the forum and give blizzard some time to fix the issues with the game we all love.

How about you remove your lips from Blizzards platinum based bottom and appreciate why there are so many complaints?

How can a person that likes Diablo appreciate complaints :/?
