Got this message, and I don't know why as I have never used the chat boxes (including the automated general chat). Could it be that my account has been hijacked?

This category includes:

Hy i have a problem with my account ... I was visiting frankfurt and i was logging to the game from there via a wireless internet connection. My connection was like ON - OFF - ON - OFF i guest beacause f the weather (who visit frankfurt knows how is the weather there) and a message was poping up to the screen that i have to unlock my account because of hack or i dont remember well the message. i followed the steps and at a moment i have to answer the secret question ... BUT my account was created to long ago and I dont remember the friking answer! I want to reset it or what steps should i proced to unlock it because i placed a ticket and it's been so much time and no1 answer to it.

PS: This is my bro account it's also payded by me and i got the game online via my credit card. I can give all the data you need so please can you help me out with this problem?

THOR1617 I guess it is possible, compromised accounts are often used to spam public chat channels.

Archmihail you will need to contact Account and Payment Support to resolve that one.

Hello, am I hacked or what? My acc is <Snip! Removing account name for security reasons - Natryndon> and it says that my password is incorrect. One more strange thing is that I was unable to login in here too until I changed my password via mobile phone reset code. Or is it because of maintainance?

Hi! My sisters account was hacked and her email was deleted so we cant get the reset password mail. she lives in taiwan so she cant understand the cust care in there. and i think her IP is banned in us.battle.net.

we filled the account recovery form but i says that it will send an email in the account name ( which i mentioned that is deleted) is there anyway to go by this?

I just lost the whole game? When I enter my battlenet acc I can see my wow account but on the D3 it says something like I can buy it?

Anyone else who got this problem?

Hey!

Had an issue logging in today, my mobile authenticator did not work. It said wrong info when i entered the information.

The problem is solved now but if anyone else have this it was an easy fix, however i fixed it by a missclick. I accidentially clicked the sync button and then it worked again.
Allthough, just in case i changed my pw aswell.

Havent read all 25 pages so dont know if it happened before. But if it didnt now you atleast know that there are issues with it.

Yeah, you're right PhalconX, if you see this error message when you have a mobile Authenticator attached to your Battle.net account, you should try resyncing the application before doing anything else.

Hey!

My friend (<Snip! Removing personal information - Natryndon>) has had his account "hacked". Someone has changed the password and email so that he can no longer log in. He received an email that said that his account's mail and password had been changed, and we would both think, that he should have to verify this change, but apparantly this verification was sent to the new "hacker"-email, so there's nothing he can do. He can't even send a ticket, because he has to be logged in, to send one.

So what can he do to get his account back, if he can't even log in to send a ticket?

Tell your friend to create a new Battle.net account Deimy and make a ticket from there with all of the details.

I believe i was hacked and cleaned out ! i dont have any caracter on it now !! Past 2 weeks more or less i was whit no internet conection..because they changed my rooter.. and now today ive entered on my accont and no caracaters\friends\cinematics NOTHING .

It is like ive never played Diablo 3

Im friend of LordTurbat. I ve got him in my friend list. When he log in he is still offline for me. Ive checked his profile, i see every char and gears but for him it is still invisible.

fixed the problem it was the Server Region Seletion on ' America' and change it to 'Europe ' and now its all good
