Can I suggest an addition to the OP....

Auction flippers get banned. Plain and simple. It benefits no one but the flipper.

Flippers are a part of the market. When they buy an item, they take a risk of not being able to sell the item. Plus, they're limited to the amount of auction slots they have - they prefer to sell items slow and for the maximum price. From my experience, I'd say it doesn't work out very well that way. Stash gets filled up too fast.

They do benefit the market in a way. By making rare items expensive. It's called supply and demand. If rare items were cheap, then supply would be too low for the demand. So the flippers equalize supply with the demand, so only the people that can afford the item, can purchase it.

agreed. this stipid AH search with only 3 search boxes is RETARDED!

we have items with 6 prefixes and we can search for items with only 3?

id like to ask the person who designed this what was he smokin in that particular moment.

unless this was intentional and designed specifically to irritate and annoy the hell out of ppl then id be dissapointed even more ....

Ah yes. Well your idea would be sufficient for me, but for someone trying to shop for 3 different character classes saved searches might be a really nice feature.
Also make the last search stick when switching between GAH/RMAH.

Actually, that's not a problem either. The saved filters for the item type can be character specific. I'll edit the original suggestion and add this. Thanks.

Un1quE i feel u all the way though, but one little thing. U can reply to a wisper by simply mouseclicking somewhere not in a search box and press "R" just like in game and u open up the chat for a reply for a wisper :)

I'm guessing you're talking about the suggestion to "Improve chat functionality". Anyway, I already know that you can click on the chat box and open the chat that way. However, it's impossible to enable it otherwise and a normal user is usually confused like this. It's a look-and-feel design inconsistency between in-game and out-of-game chat functionality so it's a definitive wrong-doing on the game designers part.

There are a number of good suggestions here. Now this is my take:

When Blizzard "upgrades" or "improves" Diablo 3, here's what they do
1) If 10 players ( maybe a few more) are abusing a particular stat (say IAS), then Blizzard "fixes" that problem by punishing everyone.
2) Some really nice ideas will never be implemented. I would love to have more search affixes, but I honestly don't see Blizzard putting them in. They could prove me wrong...Please prove me wrong.

In-game notification when an item sells or you are outbid etc.?

Edit: By in-game I mean the actual game. You know, the one with monsters and stuff.

No no, you got it all wrong. Blizzard is monitoring the forums and they notice all our good suggestions... or not.

We know many of you would love to see an option to cancel auctions too, and that is also something we want to add.

You may also be interested to know that another idea which made it to the to-do list is making it so that stat increases which come from slotted gems aren't taken into account when searching for equipment.

Good to see a response. I think players would be very glad to see your response on some other game aspects other then AH, even if most of threads are full of junk messages, some of them still contain very good ideas.

look at that, there are CMs after all in this god forsaken formus... now are there any game developers as well to fix this game? hope so.

but then again, wouldnt it be better if you just remove the AH all together and make is a LOOT BASED GAME. basically what it should really be?
