Party chat

I must be overlooking something here, but 9 out of 10 times I can't chat while in a public game.
I don't see much chat either when in public, but when I do, 5 out of 5 times I can't chat. What am I doing wrong? (I am used to typing /p or /party, but none work) |

experiencing the same problem.... game says cant do that command when not in-game. when i am most certainly in a game.

yea they took the simple chat(that worked fine)and made it more complicated
p.s Press Tab to cycle the chats when u start typing
