The following commodities will be available for trading in the real-money auction house:

• Gems
• Dyes
• Crafting Materials
• Blacksmithing Plans and Jeweler Designs
• Pages of Training

The ability to trade gold as a commodity won’t be included in this initial update, but we hope to enable it in the near future. Keep an eye on this thread for further updates.

Does this mean the AH will work ?

I mean, its really fun when it comes back up, to find 10 mil items with a min bid of 500k, and to win them at that price, but it would be even nicer if AH actually worked for like 2 days in a row.

I hope that was a troll attempt - Oh how i hope that was a troll attempt!

Don't even implement gold. It's working grate as it is, gold farmers are not getting anything just wasting their time while honest players are selling items for Battlenet balance or real money. It's a WIN-WIN. + Gold farmers are accumulating insane amounts of gold making them easier to spot and the value of all that gold will be low if and when it gets on the RMAH.

By the way - When you decide to bring down the AH for any type of maintenance. Please ANNOUNCE IT INGAME..!!!! I dont see how this would ruin your day Blizzard. This type of unreliablity is unacceptable.
I'm very upset about the way how AH sometimes seem to mysteriously go unavailable. If i'm so annoyed by this - I can hardly be the only one.

Yeah i was about to use it and then bang, this feature is currently unavailable.

Communist suggestion.

Why do you want the gold-prices to be artificially high by capping sale? You obviously don't understand how an economy works.

This will make players buy gold from 3rd party sites, just like blizzard wanted to stop in the first place.

Yes agreed on the auction house offline in game sign, i spent 30min now trieng to figure out whats wrong

i hope you are absolutely kidding, and are trying to fix the main issues ingame first before throwing something in that is gonna have to be fixed 24h later again.
