Diablo® III

New Macbook Pro Can't find my character when logging in

Hi all,

I have the diablo 3 installed in my iMac and when logging into my account I can play absolutely fine with the character I have created from day 1.

Just a few days ago, I bought the new MacBook Pro and I downloaded the game client through Battlenet. I am logging in my account and although it is logged in my character is not found. It asks me to create a new character from the beginning as if its an all brand new account.

When I go back to my iMac and log in its working absolutely fine.

Please help.

Before you log in, you need to change your region in options on your macbook to the same as on your iMac

Options->account->region
