Diablo® III

I did "In the mountains" and "I got what you need" achievements on the release date and they are still marked as not completed even though all criteria are met.

I tried to do this achievements again on different characters, but they are still not completed.

Read the "Known Technical Issues" sticky: Some achievements are still not being awarded correctly for some players. We need to wait for a fix in a future patch. Keep your fingers crossed for 1.0.4 ;)

I thought this achievement fix patch already was pushed to game servers? Something like 1.0.2 or 1.0.1, I don't remember. All my friends got this achievements :(
P.S. Can't find, but I remember seeing in patch notes fix to achivement issues and after that patch almost all other achievement that were not awarded correctly were fixed except for these (at least for me).

Indeed, there was an attempted fix in 1.0.2 and it did fix some of the achievements. But some others are still broken and only for some players, else they would probably have deleted the entry from the sticky. I have some achievements not working myself, that's why I'm hoping it'll be fixed next time as well. Let's just be patient and see what Blizzard cooks up in the next patch.

Well, I hope they'll fix achievements soon. At least I'll be on a business trip for some time and won't have a time to play.

Patch 1.0.4 is live and I still don't have these achievements. I'm losing hope.
Why can't you just reset them?
Btw, they removed topic on the support site from hot topics. So I guess they think they fixed this bug.

Stop bumping and read the "Known Technical Issues" sticky,: The problem is still in there, meaning they are still working on it.

It says accounts are being reviewd on a case-by-case basis. I'd like to add similar achievement bug to check list: 'Reclaim without shame' - criteria met in both normal and hardcore, achievement not awarded.

I am missing "Beastmaster of Tristram" and "The last of the Horadrim".

Bug is still there and I can't open a ticket on that topic.

I'm still missing "Thorough Investigation" aswell and its preventing me from completing "Wanderer of Tristram" and "A World Of Pain" - basically 40 points that I cannot get atm. Been waiting for a fix since release but no.

Like others have noted, Blizz wants to handle these case by case basis yet you can't actually create a ticket regarding achievements so... uhh yeah

Under Achievements it states that "Customer Support cannot award or alter achievements in Diablo III. If an achievement is not awarded and you feel that it should be, please attempt the achievement’s criteria again."

Hm, now they even removed the issue from the "Known Technical Issues" sticky... Guess that means that they haven't been able to figure out a way to fix it and that we simply have to live with it. Sad customer here.

Yeah, I cannot event open a ticket for this issue.

At the very least you could give us an update on this issue.

Also Shen has problem.
Victory: Patch 1.05 added this conversation to those required for the achievement. Unfortunately, the conversation is not available, making it impossible to get this achievement until it is fixed or the conversation is removed from the achievement.
