Diablo® III

Hey there,
I tried logging into my battle.net account via Starcraft 2 earlier to be told that due to suspicious activity with recent log ins, my account required additional verification. So, I ended up going afk a bit upon changing the password. I just tried to log into my Diablo 3 to be told that my account has been suspended due to recent in-game activity, the link provided keep sending me back to the password reset page. I've now changed my password 3-4 times now and logging into Starcraft 2 is fine, but my Diablo account keeps presenting me with the error that sends me back to the password reset so I'm not quite sure what the problem with it is.

Firstly, is there anyway to get a bit of feedback on what suspicious activity this is? I've not logged into Diablo 3 in quite a while and definitely not had a gaming session with it in the last few weeks or more, nor my WoW account. So is it possible to perhaps get a list of recent log in attempts that I could either verify or point out a potential problem?

Secondly, is there any way to get someone to look at my WoW account to ensure that's not been hacked either? I'd rather not renew for a month to find my characters stripped of everything and/or deleted.

On the latest error received by Diablo after changing my password, I'm told that my account is locked due to having detected a change in my access pattern and presented with a link that brings me straight back to the Reset Password page. There doesn't even seem to be an option to supply any sort of verification that it seems so keen on wanting.

Wee call to tech support fixed this, at least for a few days.

I'm getting the same thing, this is BS.

Same thing happen's to me on my new computer.

It's lock's my battle net account,then tell's me reset my password.

U do that guess what,try log on to diablo and it lock's it again.

i only wanna play to see how the new patch is :(

My apologies for the late response.The locks you are experiencing are not intended to be frustrating, they are intended to stop someone else from logging into your account, unfortunately we can not provide you with specific details about what has caused these locks or not.

If however you find yourself repeatedly getting locked it's possible that someone else is trying to log into your account and our systems are trying to prevent them from accessing your account.

Please take a few minutes to read through our security page to learn how to secure yourself and keep in mind that if you attach an authenticator to your account this should also prevent most locks of this nature.

The authenticator does not prevent the automatic account lock on suspicious login patterns. Also, Blizzard has stated that no one with an authenticator has ever been hacked. Despite all their faults, I still trust Blizzard more than random people I don't know who say that they've been hacked while using one, but offering no proof whatsoever for their claim.

I still have same problem as he have, my account is only used by my self. I can logg in to wow account without any problem. I agree with Kaiene they are money horny as hell. Why hell dont blizzard want to let me logg in. I will never in my life pay for a !@#$ty security system that they creat so we can use a service that we allready pay for. So i say screw blizzard this company is so bad these days. bad service. They just want to try to sell %^-* oo sorry i mean they try to force u to buy !@#$ty programs. When i press play button i want it to play nothing alse. I dont care about blizzard opinion, i dont care about your, when we pay we want to play or get lost blizzard dont make me angry with your selling %^-* on me.

Fix my account or i !@#$ it up and delete everything back to china

The moblie authenticator worked for me,me back online playing now.

My account got locked cus i logged on from my new pc,so not sure if it will work for all but worth trying if u can get app for your moible phone.

and you expect to get help with that attitude? Calm down and behave like a human and not an caveman and you'll see they might be abit more receptive. Getting it trough your thick skull that there are more then you trying to get some help might also work

I wanted to try out the Diablo® III Starter Edition and samething happen to me when i logged in. :S my account got locked and then i had to reset the password.

What the heck is going on... EVERY single time I log in to D3 it asks me to reset my password... common this is ridiculous...

How do we solve this problem?
