Hello everybody .
Can somebody help me , i cant log in anymore to my diablo 3 game everytime is wanna to log in , i gat a massage : OUR LOGIN SYSTEM HAD DETECTED A CHANGE IN YOUR ACCES PATTERN AND YOU ACCOUNT HAD BEEN LOCKED . ADDITIONAL VERIFATION IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO LOG IN . PLEASE SELECT VERIFICATION METHOD : UNLOCK FROM BATTLE.NET WEBSITE

So i go to the website and change my passwordand put the first 6 numbers on the site from the game ( diablo 3 ) got a email back click on the link from the email massage i do it and change my password everything done , but CAN'T still not login in
But i can log in in me starcraft 2 account and on the blizzard site
but NOT the duablo 3 account
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME !!!!!!!!

Same problem to. I dont know my secret question and becouse I have new laptop my acc always locked. Dont help the change of password

What can i say it's awesome!
I try to figure out my secret pw but i just don't remember.
I'm from Hungary so if there are some problem with my english then sorry.

This is because you kept abandoning your tickets Satz. When you do this, your next ticket goes to the back of the queue once again. Please leave your current support request open and we will be with you as soon as possible. Apologies for the lengthy response times during this busy period.

Everytime i call the support in the Netherlands , ( because i live in Holland )

i call at : 09:00 - 11:00 - 13:00 hours

i get a voice over the foon it's say : please call later

i have the same problem i didn`t play with my diablo 3 yet because of this account lock
and i forgot my secret answer and i dont know how recover it.

I have the same problem as OP, trying to login > auto locked :S, restore everything and try to login again and bam! locked. Opened a ticket and got a scripted message :S, been in this loop for 2 days now almost 3. Tried to login from another computer but still the same problem.

My account is not locked, but my license is gone! Status says "Starter Edition" WTF? Sent a ticket. BTW, the ticket topics are not really helpful either. I get the impression, support would rather not get too many tickets ...

9 days and no answer to my ticket. I want to write to the claims book. I really do NOT satisfied with the blizzard's support. This was the most expensive game what I am payed for. And this is the ONLY ONE what I can not play. So do something for the money I payed because my patience is not endless.

I have send few days ago a ticket , with the problem that i have diablo 3 account

They reset my password , but stil i CAN NOT log in my diablo 3 game account , i think they did something by blizzard that lock my account , because i can here in and also see my profile on the site with the password that is make , but not in the game

And get also this message : ERROR

Unfortunately Blizzard support informs me that you have too long queue and recommend to call later.

I am trying to call second hour.

wtf i waited 3 days for my ticket to be answered my account was unlocked and blizz asked me for
"- Your account name (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your full real name
- Your full address including postal or zip code currently registered on the account
- Your Battle.net Secret Question and answer
and
- A valid proof of residence in the form of legal identification with address or legal identification without address and a utility bill"
i send all of this right away and now 4 days waiting and still no answer. if you call this support i will kill myself lol :O
