Can't seem to find my characters profiles

i went to see my profile and see my characters and it shows me as none ? yet my character has been there before as well shes lvl 60 and para lvl 0f 11 so shes not a new toon.. Any suggestions

Suggestion: If your chars are on the US servers, look for them in the US profile pages rather than the EU ones ;)
