Diablo® III

Ok I bought the digital copy on old laptop then got a new one. So I re-downloaded the client but when I logged in I had to answer details bla bla... anyway I got back into D3 and zero gold, zero characters & feeling really crappy right now.

Do I need to put old files on a hard drive or get in touch with blizz? Does anyone know what I need to do?

I honestly thought it was all sorted in Blizz servers and stuff like the SC2 hotkeys?

Are you sure you logged in Europe ?

Just deleted it and Im starting again, made sure its was EU (for sure) this time so we'll see.
