Can someone in the US now use the RMAH on the EU server

Basically I play on EU to play with friends, and this morning I noticed that the RMAH button said "USD" instead of "Currency". When I click on it it says "cannot get payment info" and then gives me the "imput limit reached" message.
Will the RMAH be available for other regions to use? |
