Announcing the First Players to Fight it Out at the 2011 European Battle.net Invitational

On August 6 – 7, some of the best European StarCraft II players will clash at the 2011 European Battle.net Invitational. The competitors invited to this event will have the chance to prove their skills to a new audience as this event comes to the Polish capital Warsaw for the very first time.

By skill, the rest of the players should include nerchio, kas, stephano + white-ra and dimaga because its white-ra and dimaga at least those 5 anyways

They are THE best in europe atm and if you dont invite them blizzard you show you dont know the eu scene

@Maquan: I'd rather say that you do not. Jinro, SjoW, MorroW and Darkforce have not posted any strong results while Kas, Nerchio, Stephano and White-Ra have. Ret has have mixed success but I would not dare to say that he is a top 5.

I would say SaSe, MorroW, Kas, Stephano, Strelok, and Happy would be the nest 6 to go, and the 8 after that would be, WhiteRa, DIMAGA, BratOK, ToD, GoOdy, LoWeLy, Adelscott, and ClouD. There are MANY (like 30) other players who are near even in skill with my lists but IMO these are the best atm

@Maquan: Maybe you only know the scene from 6months ago or the scene according to husky or something, but kas nerchio and stephano are the best players in europe atm

@VPBionic: What about europes top2 zerg nerchio, the event is in poland and hes been the most succesful european in the last few months with the shoutcraft invitational win and the dailymotion cup win(which had near all of europes best), iem qualifiers + an infinity amount of online weekly cups. And also hes been number 1 grandmaster for like the last 3 weeks

If anyone out of my list 100% deserves a spot its him

@BlueHerring: Well, even longer ago, they confirmed going to be in the GSTL, where the first match is going to be the 4th of August, 2 days before. So they should be in Korea already before this event starts.

But it's interesting they got the invites, since they will be in Korea at the time.
