Patch 1.4.3 Now Live

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty patch 1.4.3 is now live! This patch features several bug fixes, as well as balance changes for the protoss and terran races. Be sure to check out the full patch notes below to learn all about the latest changes.

General
- APM values displayed on the Leader Board are now calculated by counting every click and command that has been issued by the player.
- EPM values displayed on the Leader Board are calculated by counting only actual commands issued by the player (Effective Actions Per Minute).
- Zerg Larvae are now displayed in the unit panel of the Leader Board.
Balance
- PROTOSS
- Phoenix
- A new upgrade has been added to the Fleet Beacon: Anion Pulse-Crystals. This upgrade increases Phoenix weapon range by +2.

- Snipe damage changed from 45 to 25 (+25 vs Psionic).

- MULE now always returns 30 minerals per trip, regardless of mineral type.

Bug Fixes
- The “Try the Next Patch” button now properly launches the PTR client when a PTR is available.
- Unread chat notifications no longer reset when entering or leaving a game.
- Map information now loads immediately in the Match History screen after logging onto Battle.net.
- In the Korean version, the Reduced Violence option now remains checked when restoring gameplay defaults.
- Fixed a display issue that could occur when binding certain keys on a French keyboard.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when exiting StarCraft II on systems with Geforce FX 5700 graphics cards.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when saving and loading games between High and Low video settings.
- Fixed an issue that could cause some players to be dropped from custom games after spending an extended time in the lobby.
- Fixed an issue which was causing some players with a full version of SC2 to be stuck in Starter Edition.
- Fixed an issue that could cause ladder matches to sometimes start three seconds late.
- Fixed an issue where overlapping units could sometimes traverse cliff levels.
- Fixed an issue which prevented some players from receiving credit for Top X achievements after Season 3.
- Fixed an issue which caused FFA games to reset the progress of the Team Hot Streak achievement.
- Fixed an issue where the Restart button was incorrectly showing up when loading Vs. AI saved games from previous versions of StarCraft II.
Mac Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the cursor would disappear when using the middle mouse button.
- Fixed an issue which caused performance to drop significantly during large battles.
- Fixed an issue that was causing certain mod maps to crash after loading.
- The Reduce Mouse Lag option now works properly on Macs.

My StarCraft keeps crashing mid-game since the new patch, any tips?
My patch:
Marauder
Cost 125/50/2
or
decrease health from 125 to 100 and damage from 10(20A) to 8(16).
or
Marauder has no longer Stimpack.
EMP is available after research in Ghost Academy (200/200).
Ghost academy cost is inceased to 150/100.
Mules is deleted. Now you can drop SCV free and forever.
Scan radius is decreased -25%.
Siege Tank cost and supply is increased from 150/125/3 to 200/150/4.
I make not fun. Terran it need!
see ghosts you should send a small force (literally just 2 stalkers) to pick them off and an observer if they are cloaked
if you let the ghosts get big EMPs off in the engagement them of coarse you are going to lose! PLEASE before you start shouting 'OP this' 'OP that' try to find solutions to your problems. I hope this helped :)

but they forgot alone mmm is trong enough vs toss (in late game you need strike thors and vikings)
when the marauder lose stim there is more balance but terran need more thigs back like better emp reduce emp energy cost and other

or why not have it like it was in the beta, roaches costs only minerals and take 1 pop :D
Hydras should be a tier 1 unit + have a higher health count... damn the hydra in broodwar was the pillar in the zerg army in broodwar...
Go with a HP increase and probably a range upgrade (or attack speed), with mobility being another issue altogether. They just don't seem to be worth the cost right now, however.
Firstly no Terran should ever use ghosts vs ultra\broodlords, Vikings in a nice group of 6\10 destroy broodlords due to extra damage vs massive, as for ultras a nice spread out and well micro'd group of marauders or Thors would so the trick.
Secondly as for the new pheonix upgrade, blizzard have placed it correctly in the fleet beacon and their reason is that well nix's are relatevely easy to get out and aren't costly however having a cheap +2 range upgrade would be ridiculous think about the distance you could snipe overlords at, pick up drones, Queen's etc. I think this update is perfect the way it is. All you kids crying have no arguement and clearly haven't thought about this properly.
This game is balanced, the three races are balanced all are op in their own way which cancels out any superiority if your crying about the fact that a 4 gating toss is op then learn how to beat it, skill is the key ingredient to success.

In my theory, some of the basic troops such marines and marauder should be nerfed instead of ghost or tanks or reapers or ghosts. I know I'm not the best player to judge changes, because I don't have best makromanagement but by numerical mikromanagement point of view understand that I've tactical understanding that is also part of star craft too.
Why dont you take away cloke and nuke to so they even become even less op
all units is balance if you dident know.....
the sniper shots was to kill a marine whit one shot if he dident have a C S
and was also a units that can kill broodlords.
now you most use viking vs broodlords and you can never go mass bio vs zerg in late game if you dont wana lose.

It does not seem like they put many thoughts into that nerf. Does anyone know why they just didnt made 25 (+25 vs non-massive) instead of the current 25 (+25 vs psionic) ? It really puzzles me - I refuse to believe that Blizzard never made a second thought?
on the orbital cammand or remove the ghost emp abbility and protoss wil be stronger ?
