Battle.net World Championship Headed to China

Battle.net World Championship Headed to China

We’ve just announced that the Battle.net World Championship event -- the culmination of the over 30 StarCraft II World Championship Series (WCS) tournaments, and home to the upcoming World of Warcraft Arena global finals -- will take place November 17 and 18 in Shanghai, China.

Players from 28 countries are continuing to battle it out in the StarCraft II World Championship Series (WCS) against their countrymen and rivals at the national and continental levels, and their final destination is now set. The best of the best will arrive in Shanghai waving their country’s flag, and fighting for the chance to place their names and countries as the winners of the Battle.net World Championship.

As we get closer to the Battle.net World Championship event we’ll have more details on what events and activities will be featured, where and when streams will be available, player and shoutcaster lineups, and more! Until then, the WCS is just starting to hit its stride. National qualifiers and finals continue, and we’ll soon start seeing the continental-level tournaments, the large tournaments which will decide who will represent their country at the BWC in Shanghai.

So... Does this mean the matches will be early in the morning if you live in Europe? Or at least relatively early?
