Good. its working as intended. It looks to spot people like you who are trying to work the system and punsishes them accordingly.
If I recall - you will need to be at the top for 50 wins before you are considerd for progression.
People who play you and lose - will not be penalised as much - as you are in effect a griefer.
Have fun while you wait.
Totally sick of ladder portrait farmers!
A. No, the system only cares about whether a match was won or lost, and the skill of the participants.
So how do you scan for skill?
Q. How does a player move from one league to another? (For example: from Silver league to Gold.)
A. The system constantly evaluates a team or player's performance given the difficulty of opponents and will move teams that belong in another league.
Except everyone knows that league shifts happen once in a blue moon, even if you are fighting higher ups match after match.
For example a bronze player actually winning against a diamond player and still remaining in bronze.
And more fail, so yeah, I agree. Useless FAQ. I think a facepalm is in order.
Is this the sign that is being displayed while players are loading? Also what does the "slightly favored" sign above our team means? Are we more powerfull players or do we get a handicap or smth?
We need some kind of indication of what is going on, SC2 likes to show off stats but the stats we all want to know are hidden.
On jumping leagues, it is said the system only wants to promote you when it knows for sure how high or low you'll enter in the new league, probably trying to ascertain you'll fare well. How does it estimate this?
Overall I wasn't very impressed with the FAQ answers, they weren't as elaborate as I'd hoped they'd be.
Great game though, keep it up! :)
