Within its first month of release, StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty has already gone on to sell more than 3 million copies. We want to thank everyone who's already picked up the game for helping us achieve this incredible milestone and for bringing the thunder to Battle.net. Read the full announcement here.

Wow, 3 million copies sold first month... and then this is a pc game, a market that has been declared dead by some. You make me proud Blizzard, every sale is well earned!

@Lythox: True about that, many game sites are taging PC as dead platform, but thats not a reality. Console market i booming for sure, but that doesnt mean its better platfom, a lot of crazy and stupid games are publish every second for consoles and that is why they say PC i dead. Respect for a lot of games on console, some epic titles there I like to play.

Because game studio dont publish that frequently for PC doesnt mean PC is dead. And must say, there is a lot of quality games on PC comparing to consoles.

Blizzard is the only gamesupport i spend my money on for computer games like starcraft , starcraft II , wacraft III and IV , WoW are the only games i spend my money on cause i dont like diablo :P.

StarCraft II,hmm....good game but kinda unbalance on races.Campaign really nice story but when is about multiplayer mostly 1v1 and 2v2,way to unblance.hope Blizzard will so something on the next expansion

Having experienced previous Blizzard games, they really know how to make professionally awesome campaign/single player stories, and Starcraft II has blew me away with its campaign already and I'm hardly that far into it! And with the new achievment system that goes for both single player and multiplayer modes, it's simply the best at delivering the satisfaction for those wanting the best out either modes!
