I live in Lithuania and our currency is LTL (Lithuanian litas):
19.99€ = 69.02LTL (not bad)
£16.99 = 67.67LTL (bit better)
299 roubles = 25.84LTL (WIN!)
Talking about price balance :) Though Blizzard isn't the only one that has this issue.

299 rUbles and u get WoL ONLY with Russian language and ONLY u can play on Russian server no more extra functions.
If you like this deal go on, change ur region in control panel & u can purchase it :)
