Various competition organizers hold regular online tournaments in which you can compete against other players and maybe even win some prizes! These contests are open to everyone. In addition, there are professional invite-only tournaments taking place like Major League Gaming's tournament series which you can follow via video stream. Interested? Of course, it's an german website, but there are many streams listed (yes, english streams too) Just give it a try!

(Offline streams shouldn't be visible, if there's nothing interesting at the moment, just try it a few hours later)

It just sucks .... it tooks a life time to get an STREAM URL ... all i want is to watch that damn tournaments, but i keep searching for the url like forever ... (some tournament sites are an exception and actually post the stream link) ... try to find that ZOTAC stream url ...

@Bllazz: doesnt mather, you can still do the german etc. its in english./ maakt toch niks uit als je meedoet aan een toernooi die gesponsert word door duitsers? ze moeten ergens het geld vandaan halen. Je kan nogsteeds in elk toernooi engels praten.... btw. proffesioneel gamen is niet bekend in nederland.

I know how much it is, I'm just saying that's a $@!t load of money for eSports.

However I am happy that the prize money is getting bigger aswell as eSport at large, so that we can have massive tournaments like these outside of Korea :)
