StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is finally here, and many of you have already spent your first hours with the game. Whether you assisted Jim Raynor aboard the Hyperion, honed your skills in challenge missions, or took on your fellow players solo or with a group of friends, let us know what you did first! |

I dug in to the Singleplayer from the start, since ive been in beta for a couple of months the multiplayer wasent that important. Now that ive finished the campaign on Normal i will keep playing it on hard just for the challange.
Oh and ofc for the achievements :P |

Thundgot, back to your hole over in WoW! This is rebel territory now! D:
Picked the Campaign - whilst I wasn't in the beta, it gave me a good idea of what happened beforehand, and truth be told, the story is what drives Starcraft in the first place, not the multiplayer. |

Almost done with the single-player campaign, and it's just amazing what you peeps from Blizzard did with this game. It's definitely been worth the wait!! (12 years...) So not sure this is the right thread for this, but thank you for all the hard work and effort you guys put into Wings of Liberty... it truly is spectacular! As always from the start it's only been a joy supporting your products and ideas. Regards! |

Played the Campaign, I loved it, but it wasn't very long... Atleast it didn't feel like it was very long, but then again I did play a lot these days... :P
I am looking forward getting more solo-Achievements and online play... :) Christiaan |

I never had played SC1 before but I have done some C&C and Red Alert years ago. So I started the normal campaign first of SC2 just to get into the story and enjoy my new iMac Quad Core i7 Hyper Threading on a 27" LED monitor. Seriously, I bought this Mac for Diablo 3 in the future :P
So I started with 2 campaign missions and after that the first challenges. The challenges are a great but more important nice way to learn the game. Great job on that one Blizzard (Y) After that I tried some multiplayer games but soon realized I had to learn much more first to go online against others. Also great job on the 50 'no leage' practice games (Y). Conclusion: I decided to spend time on learning this game and actually play it online when the time is right. Off course until Diablo 3 comes out! Very great job Blizzard! Love you... |

Started out with the campaign, most of the missions are good but not a very engaging story so far. Regional restrictions made multi-player a lot less fun, along with the game grinding to a halt fps-wise, which is apparently due to the game not liking ATI cards for some reason. When the game actually runs right it's nice though.

I have only played a bit of Skirmish against the AI to try and get a feel for the controls.
Weekend soon though :) |

I was part of the beta so and I'm keen into the lore so I finished the campaing first. Challenges after it and they were fun but could use some more!

Only had 2 hours... Even less I guess with the game
played 2 missions (and zero hour, but it crashed at the end, zo I got to replay from the 5 minute auto save) Won 1 online practice league 1v1 Won 1 3 man FFA vs Easy CPU So I guess I have to vote for campaign ;) |

I first play the challenge for fun, and then take the Campaing.
have to say: The Story is really FUN!@_@ |
