A short time ago we released our first mod maps into the wilds of Battle.net for you, our loyal players, to play and enjoy.
The purpose of this post, and others like it, is to provide a location for you to alert us to any bugs with the maps themselves and to let us know what you think of each of the maps. Thank you for giving the new maps a spin and we look forward to hearing what you think of Left 2 Die! |

very challenging at the start, but it gets easy around the time the stank joins in, because you can mass an army quite fast. i have to say, a great game, but the spotters are the toughest of them all because they make structures useless, maybe the should come out later, but i found them difficult. i hope the tech doesn't change because that was good, but spotters need a slight nerf and the others need a buff. |

WTF first atack ok nice try but not hard to hold second atack tho harder then game become too easy rubish adjust wawes they become too easy as you get siege tanks also mass vulture will kill evrything at day realy fast (20 vultures clear at least 2 places day)
(almost failed on Stank :D) Maybe adding more Infested marins on start vould help to make it harder Also would be nice to be able to pick if you want it hard or easy :D on my first try ally failed on first wawe :P Also would be nice to see infested buildings with more hp :D Fun game Freakster Aproved Keep it up blizz :D |

It's fun but too easy.
If you want this map to be taken serious then consider the following "balance" changes needed. - Difficulty settings will there be any? - Siege tanks and Blue-flame hellions are too good for this type of scenario. - Same can be said for medics. - Nydus worms placement is horrible, trying to nydus the main right infront of 4 bunkers and 2 planetery fortress isnt what you call ideal :> - New type of zerg mobs are needed. Suggestions: - Waves need to scale with game length, they should get harder as the game goes on not easier - Remove tanks, blue flame upgrade for hellions, Medics and Vultures. - Add different type and combination of mobs so dont have to simply stand in your base on hold position while defending like Infestors or Broodlords. - As for boss suggestions, I'd like to see 2 giant sized banelings come from either side with the 3000 hp the other bosses had and if they manage to make contact with anything at all, everything literally dies within a large radius. - Nydus worms dont feel threatening at all, make them spawn Ultralisks immediately once a Nydus appears. |

This is an extremely fun map, especially the Night-2-die difficulty.
However some units seem to do more damage to buildings than is advertised on their weapon icon (Mainly Hunterlings). And are you guys going to add some sort of achievement for the Night-2-die mode? Like survive for 20 minutes. |
Win game wihout buying upgrades :D this would be realy funny .D |

I've now beaten the game on hard. With some proper macro it isn't hard at all. I've yet to try it on brutal with a good player.
Also: I hate the initual bunker placement. I always salvage it and build 2 next to eachother. Like I've said, the game only gets easier when you do it right. If you want to rip off Left 4 Dead, make the game harder based on how good the player does. |

For those who are saying that game is too easy: try Night to die mode. it is hard to survive 1st 5 mins, and then later when you FINALLY getting siege tanks nydus coming right to your base and rofl stomps.
