We will be performing scheduled maintenance beginning on Wednesday, January 11, at 5:00 AM CET and we expect the service to be available again at approximately 7:00 AM CET. During this time the ability to log-in to Battle.net and our web services (including Account Management, the Forums and the Blizzard Store) may be unavailable.

what is in the maintenance ? like what are we expected to see new ? is it a patch ?

Blizzard will notify us when a new patch will come(IF it will come) and prepare the PTR servers appropriately.
