It's happening to other folks as well, me including with this last update we've had.

Same thing happened to me. I mean all my other games were working good... well not all of them, but nvm. I tryed everything out. Updated drivers, reinstalled the game, and even changed my RAM's since errors like that are often caused by trouble with the memory management. Finally I flashed my BIOS with the latest bios drivers, and ALL my problems went away. SC2 is stable now, and never had any crashes again. Even more, before sometimes the web browser crashed while navigating on the net, but I thought it is not hardware related. Thanks for Starcraft that made me flash my bios, and thus I resolved all my other computer related issues :D Cheers

This is another writing issue as far as I can see.

Uncheck [x] read only in the properties of the whole SC2 folder and accept this setting for all files and subfolders of the folder. Also run the game as administrator. If this doesn't work move the game from the Programs folder to just C:.

Please report your results afterwards, if it fixes your problem this way it will be easier to identify the problem in future using those symptoms.

Played 4-5 games and nthing happened! So I think this fixes the problem but i will flash my BIOS now too, since my Browser crashes from time to time too. :P

Very well. :)

However I'd only flash your BIOS if really necessary, as an error during BIOS flashing may have quite dire consequences, even though it became easier these days.
