Hey fellow Terran players.
So i am a silver terran player and i have been really having trouble with Protoss in the lategame recently. My army somehows always get destroyed by storms.I know i need to have ghosts to emp the HT but i cant manage to do it.My ghosts allways get destroyed before they reach the army. To be successful with ghosts:
1. Keep them on a separate hotkey. This is of the utmost importance. Whenever you TvP, your ghosts and vikings should never be hotkeyed with your main army. 2. Always scan the protoss army before engaging (also because of DTs). Use your vikings to snipe observers. 3. Cloak your ghosts, and EMP away. You'll want to keep your ghosts in front of, but to the side of your own army so that you can reach their army, while being able to save them escape if it goes awry. Picking where you attack is also important. Never fight protoss with templars in a narrow choke. That's good when they have a !@#$ton of zealots (because you reduce surface area), but really bad when they have storm. |
