Minor bug. After attaining research points sufficient for the Automated Refinery, as the points were added, I selected the refinery and researched it. That caused my Protoss research to be locked at 15 points. I tried reentering the research panel, but the Protoss research remained at 15 instead of 17. After loading the last save the research was added correctly. I managed to reproduce the bug.
