retrieving account password using email only?

i had a sc2 account in 2010, then i bought a new computer and on the way i lost all my passwords (forgot to back them up)
and now when i want to reset password, i discovered i need the first and last name i signed in with, and since i usually don't give my real name, i forgot which ones i used. so my question is- is there any way to reset my password using only the account's email adress, the account's product key and maybe the answer to the security question? |

I have this problem to...
I have try to contact them on both email and telephone. If I email I only get a reply saying that their email is full right now and they can´t receive my email. And also they send me to the support site. I also called them, but after 30-40 minutes in line I gave up. The support section dosen´t cover this problem. They will only send you to the "reset password" site and there you need to fill in the name...(which I can´t remember) There´s gotta be someway to get the pasword back with the key you get when buying the game. |

No, I honestly doubt there is any other way.
It is your fault, after all, that you did not provide read information. Your account could be deleted all together. You signed an official act, and you provides false information in that act. That is criminal offense in most countries. you're lucky we're not in the US:P Considering you can log in on this website, you might be able to retrieve your password from the browser cache memory. But that requires some doing. |

Okay, thanks. Yepp I know it was dumb to not fill in the right name. I may just need to get a new account then.
This isn´t my account that I lost so I doubt I will be able to do that. But thanks anyways! |
