Any help for a new player

Recently returned to SC2 but I am a completely new player but I know it's a fun game so if there is any help you can give me to get started would be great.
And I will be starting with Terran, I see them as the simplest :) |

Terran or Protoss are decent races to start with.
I find SC2 to be a much more complex version of the old "Rub your belly while patting your head". As you must be doing several things simultaneously. So, to start with, I'd suggest limiting what you want to be doing when starting out. Do not worry so much about winning or losing, there are a lot of things to sort out before it becomes something you should be concerned about. The first thing to understand is that SC2 *isn't* a fighting game, your goal is not to make some units then try to kill the other player. Ofcourse, the ultimate goal in a game is to do just that, but the way to accomplishing that goal is not to simply make units and kill or be killed. The game is more a battle of economy, where you try to get a better economy and (as a result of a better economy) a larger army.
