Dear Blizzard
I recently bought a product: Starcraft II Wings of Liberty from your company, mainly in order to play offline.
To activate the product I bought for a short time the internet.
Unfortunately, when I tried to run Starcraft II Wings of Liberty without the Internet (offline), I found that this option is disabled and the program announces: "you can not play offline with Started Edition" - this is obvious dysfunction of the program, and thus i feel disappointed as a consumer, since Blizzard has promised that it will be possible to play Starcraft II Wings of Liberty not only online but offline as well, which was not available and therefore is not met. Inability to play offline terminates the original purpose of playing Starcraft II Wings of Liberty offline. That the possibility of playing online operates when you turn on the Internet, or sometimes the next day, not to be fulfilled functions.
I'm a bit sorry that I have encountered a similar problem with other players who have expressed their dissatisfaction in posts on the forum.
With the above problem, I naturally turned to support. Support first response was that I have wrong set the time zone or BIOS clock, after consultation with another specialist, I was assured that my settings are correct - after the announced end of support, support wrote me that it's okay. And it really worked, but unfortunately only 2 days! After considering the situation I decided to not only apply, but also to seek redress or refund.
I look forward to your early reply, Regards 24/06/12.

This is a support forum. No account specific issues are being dealt with here, so your request would be in need of being handled by the Customer Service as you have already tried.

The "Started Edition" thing is a common bug that appeart in the last few months, tell the Customer Service about it, they should be getting a lot of requests about that at the moment.

I can't tell. Personally if my ticket was ignored for over 4 days I'd submit another one mentioning, that the first one was ignored.

To be safe you may want to check your junk folder, Blizzard mails might be recognized as junk due to the amount of mails they send. However be extra-careful, there's also a lot of scam pretending to be a Blizzard mail.
