Don't hold your breath! Giving that it's an E-sport game I would rather have it out as balanced as possible (Zerg will ofc be a bit OP but oh well, their Xpac). Perhaps you heard about the state of D3 when it was released? ;)

diablo 3 problems are mostly design and core mechanics, balance has very little to do with why the game is not fun
Im mostly buying hots for the campaign since WoL was very well made ,some story elements were a bit cheesy but overall it was very good , i doubt hots will be balanced at release but i hope all the major balance issues will be fixed in beta
its going to be a instant buy for me

I guess before xmas eve so people can buy it for dem kids!

My money is on October/November for the final release, beta in late August.
