How can I find my profile on that website? I tried to type my name and all that, I just can't find it, it founds others with my name that are bronze silver and gold :-/

Go to your profile on here and copy the URL. There is an option to search by URL.

You have to type your name and your code. If you changed name, use old name and code.

And then there's a menu where AM is chosen. That's america, put EU.
