Topic Can't install SC2 - Download not authorized

Hi,

I just came back from a break from SC2 and wanted to reinstall the game. I downloaded the installer from the account management site and when I start it, I keep getting an error saying that the download is not authorized by the tracker and I should go back to the website to restart the download.

But I have done that like 15 times, downloading the en-gb installer again and again and I keep getting the same error.

Funny thing is, I installed SC2 1.5 arcade beta using the installer available and it worked perfectly.

What can I do?

Hi there

I'm having exactly the same problem.

I reformatted my C: drive and attempted to reinstall. The installer gets to 3.06GB of 7.08GB and then says 'This download is not authorized'

save the installer on partition D

Right click >run as administrator

install the game on partition D.
