I have an ATI radeon hd 5470. It works every game properly. but this game. I decided to try this game finally. but i couldnt install it because my pc crashed about 10 times. and now i installed it but i cant get in the game because my pc crashes again and again. please someone help me

If you want help, then make a proper report, which includes dxdiag, a couple of crash messages (use the action center>maintenance>view reliability history)

Well, since no information was provided at all, aside from the gfx-card model, I am going to take wild guesses.

One possibility could be, that a drunk driver hit your computer, resulting in hardware damage.

(Translation:

Please provide information about your system, preferably a dxdiag, if existent the crash message and what you have tried to solve this.)
