Tomorrow morning for EU \o/ We didn't nerf the phoenix. If you are referring to the "bug" reported on teamliquid, then so far it seems like it's a non-issue (i.e. it still shoots while on move command). I've just verified it myself as well. That said we will keep an eye to see if it occurs again. |

I was hoping blizzard NOT to release a patch those next weeks I'm travelling since I have no more internet than my phone data rate. So far I've been able to play starcraft no problem on my laptop, since I get like 700KB/s up/down. But once I reach 200MB transferred, speed goes down to dial-up for the remaining of the month. And I'm wondering if that's playable :) |
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFARK! Maybe you can find a wifi on a local bar or hotel? Im sure that if you ask nicely and perhaps buy a drink or give a nice tip, they will let you :) |

The bug exist(ed/s?) in custom games. All multiplayer balance changes weren't applied.
So the game was in sc2 early or pre-beta balance state (warp in storms, 1 supply roaches) from what I've heard. If one dependency file ("multi") isn't loaded, you receive that effect because "all" balance changes are contained within that file. |
I hope were on the same client if you aint seeing the bug -_- since i for some strange reason do see it happening |
