Edit: My problem has been sorted through just patience, waited about 2 hours for it to move off of 1% but if the window hasn't literally frozen then one can only assume patience is the key.

It's consistently stuck at 0%, it's not doing anything like not responding, the window is still active.
It did previously state I didn't have enough free space before I started, deleted some local content off of steam and got 23.2GB worth of space now. |

i am having the same problem. the patch data installs totally fine and then another window comes up saying u need to reconfigure all of ur sc2 files, that just stays at 0%. i run task manager and the program is still running but nothing is happening

Having the same issue, will try running the patch for some hours straight to see if it works at some point.

Hello,
The optimisation may take some time to complete, so we would advise waiting whilst this is configuring. However if you're sure it's frozen, try restarting into Safe Mode with Networking and attempt to complete the optimisation there: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-boot-the-computer-into-safe-mode |
