One of the newest features added in patch 1.5 is our custom Cutscene Editor. With this feature a developer can create scripted visual sequences that range all the way from a polished cinematic moment found in StarCraft II’s Story Mode, to a small one-off event in support of your map’s dramatic goals.

How about fixing the new Fog of War? How about fixing the low details ? How about making a usable Profile page? How about taking the 5 range from Queen back to 3? How about removing the "Terrible, terrible damage units": Colossus and Brood lord ?

Why are you such a drama queen? If the pros aren't making such fuss about balance, that means that you should just go L2P like everyone else below mid masters...

The profile page is really really irrelevant to the game itself... show your older relative a smartphone, they couldn't navigate probably so they should make a thread how the interface of the smartphones is out of control...

I just feel like players are bunch of conservative old people...

Awesome.

There are some really amazing and creative people in our community doing a lot of entertaining stuff. I really hope we're going to see some videos of random epic/comic stuff now, two thumbs up.

Fog's fine, queen's fine, l2scout colossus, letting zerg mass broods? You did something wrong from the very start.

Colossus is really a vital part of the protoss army, and necessary along with HT as a counter to bio builds and zergling masses. You should think deeper about certain things you say about units before you lump them together with obvious issues like the Low Settings which have been causing waves of lag in all high performance custom maps.

what does this have to do with the Cutscene editor??????

On Topic: cool I'm going to try me some of this.
I've been fiddling with Camera motions just recently trying to recreate cutscene-ish moments.
I hope that the actual cutscene editor allows me more ease and control over it.

It's nice that you can make cutscenes but you can't really use the editor for what you would really want. It doesn't have any models like the warcraft 3 editor does. No champions or heroes to use and very few units and doodads. If we could make those things ourselves we would be probably inventing a whole new game anyway and not spend time in the SC2 editor which is sad , i was really looking forwards to creating custom maps ..
