Stick with hero stargate build, it has given me an almost 100% winrate in PvP thus far!
You don't really have to pressure with your ground units, just use them to defend your base. You have to be constant on the move with the phoenixes: Harrassing the mineral line, map control, clearing watchtowers,... It will put your enemy behind economically and it will drive him crazy.
Btw 4 gate stargate + robe allins are pretty strong
