i Just came after an epic event in Stockholm Globen. The WCS Europe final was one of greatest events i hav ever atended and i was blown away of the skills these players had. Some of the games was really epic. GRUBBY omg he had a great set on the main stage yesterday and wow it was so cool to see him play. Stephano the cocky french men took the hole thing and even though he said it was ezy pezy i think he felt the pressure from the spanish players. The 2 brothers Vortixx and Lucifron is gonna give the Koreans a good scare.
Im a bit sad though that Thorzain was elliminated so early in the tournament. we olny got to see one set on the main stage with him. Marcus you playd great though come back next year and show europe whos the real king in the north |

hey bud,
I managed to catch some of the final 2 days games, and I agree with you on Lucifron, looks like he could fly the European Terran flag, was very impressive indeed. Stephano.... well what can you say? was always going to be big favourite for that tournament. |

It was a really cool event indeed. I unfortunately did not have the chance to be there in person, but I was following it online :-)
We really appreciate you guys sharing your thoughts and feedback on the event, even if it is not necessarily positive things. Also, what are your personal highlights from the event, and what(if anything) surprised you? |

That was a great event.
The games between Vortix, Lucifron and Stephano were awesome, those guys play at a GSL level. What surprised me was that you can kill 150 drones of your zerg opponent, and it doesn't mean you win. It means harassment is good but not enough to win a game. I think Lucifron could have won if each time he sent his hellions for a raid on mineral lines, he had not lost all of them. Those run-bys were good, but not cost efficient enough. They slowed down his opponent, but they slowed him down too. Maybe if he had send less, like 5/6 instead of 10/12 each time that could have worked better. Oh yeah and Lowely plays so well sometimes he's quite scary. If he had played like that all the time he'd have won the tournament easily. Same thing for Grubby. |

A few things that surprised me
Lucifron taking a spot Lowely taking a spot Sortof missing a spot Thorzain missing a spot Grubby taking a spot (nice!) Overall a very good event as always when dreamhack are the organizers. Can't wait for global finals! I just hope that it will be free hd stream. |

The sideshows where great to. the hole arena danced to whoppa gangman style, even the lovely hostess Rachel showed off her moves to the hoy of evryone attending. And Apollo came up with a line thats just as epic as Leroy jensen himself "The Ticking bomb is ticking" LOL awsome. An the sign where kinda cool to. After Stephano won the semi finals he wasa interviewed by rachel and someone held up a sign behind him with a thought bubble saying "yeah i would hit that" LOL rachel almost lost it then and there she had a very har time holding back a laugh.
Best caster awards goes to Tasteless and Artosis great fun listening to you guys anylising the games. you guys are pro. |

Tastosis are so skilled. You really don't get the full picture on screen, but when they were having technical issues or something came up, they would hand-signal and multitask while casting in a way where you really couldn't tell something was going on in the background.
Incredibly professional. |

I LOVED IT!!!!
Casting was good not exceptional far from bad. The games allowed me to try out new play styles that I'd never have thought of. I critrisisme: At a moment forgot when I posted it one a thread made by Blizzard about where you could watch the stream. Basically the stream was down for me for at least 1h.... very annoying. (I'm in France maybe that influenced would be surprising). P.S. When is the next one and which is it? USA? Korea? World? Tommorow? In 5 months? Thanks |

It was amazing imo, with all those amazing players, good hosts, awesome casters and Adebisi being good at observing like always,Dreamhack keeps their spot as number 1 tournament production outside Korea.
Even though as a swede it was sad to see all swedish players get knocked out so quickly. It was still really cool to see Lowely who i had never heard of before advance so far into the tournament. The Spanish Armada taking 3rd and 2nd place was also nice, Babyknight being promoted to the new king in the north, and of course Stephano still winning the whole thing. But without question the best moment was when Grubby beat Nerchio and qualified for China! 9/10 EDIT: FORGOT TO MENTION ADEBISI |
