- Theoretically when a B-net account is protected by an authenticator shouldn't all WoW accounts - ad all the characters attached to it - receive the CH Pup?

As no doubt of, it should not be your country setting; but would have been of a help you would have had told me/us where you at. Anyways, how about opening a TICKET for such sensivtiveness of a problem? Regards, Albâ

everything is f**ct. i payed for a faction change and realm change... 45 euro.... pliis blizzard checkt my account... its stand finalize payment on chartter transfer and "faction change is pending".... think i logged on it a bit early .... i have one priest on the maelstron and one at bronzebeard... but cant log in .... its the same priest btw... fo*!%

I have attached a second World Of Warcraft account to my Battle net account.... (I've already had one WoW account - and both acounts are active) The B-net account is "protected" by an authenticator.
-
For the first WoW account I got the CoreHound Pup for all my characters and even for the new characters that I create.
-
- For the second (the recently attached) WoW account however I did not get a CoreHound Pup in my mail box for the first character that I've created.
-
- Theoretically when a B-net account is protected by an authenticator shouldn't all WoW accounts - ad all the characters attached to it - receive the CH Pup?

Some thing as below; tried to change appearance, got an error saying "There has been an error processing your request. For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support." But looking at the status/history tab, it says "Service Pending" .. I could cancel the service, but if you're gonna do it for free im not gonna stop you :P

Does anyone had a problem logging in after changing country? I moved from UK to Poland and when i try to log in now im getting "There was a problem logging in with this account you may not have a world of warcraft game attached to your account or you may logging into a region different from the one you created account " can anyone help me?

My WoW account was made pre 2009 (perhaps 2006-2007) and as such it is not linked to my bnet account. The account was hacked many years ago, but I wish to recollect it now I know the account name, a list of possible passwords that I would have used pre hacking...help please

Phone support been beyond unhelpful - then they raise a ticket to tell me what I have already been through on the phone with them and say its resolved. All I want to do is Realm change...why are blizzard making it so difficult!?!? Surely its not that complicated. Its your error message, so why cant you fix it?

and another question is this a real mail ? : To be able to look into this issue further for you, we will need you to provide the following details in the form of a text document file (e.g. a Notepad or Word document), as an attachment to your reply:

- Your Battle.net account name (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your full real name
- The World of Warcraft license name
- Your Battle.net secret question and answer
- The last 4 digits of the credit card/bank account number used for the upgrade

For security reasons, we ask that you do not write your account details in the main body of your ticket reply.

um i bought a winged guardian and blizz sent me an email that says purchase was succesful and it gave me the mount after 1 day blizz sent me an email that says we couldn't process your purchase and my mount is gone now what should i do ? ... Help plz .
