If you wish to cancel your account, you must log into the account management page and click the link labeled "Cancel Account" and follow the instructions given on the page.
It would help us greatly if you could let us know your reasons for not continuing with your World of Warcraft account. If there is a technical issue, we would be glad to try to help you fix it.
Any feedback you are willing to provide will enable us to improve our customer service in future. So if you have experienced a problem while playing World of Warcraft please let us know.
If there is anything that we can do or add that would make your World of Warcraft more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to let us know so that we can investigate the issue.
The subscription will run until it expires, but after this you will need to add a valid payment method in order to continue playing.
While there are no payments being made, your account will be Frozen. Frozen accounts and characters will remain in our system registered to your account. We currently have no plans to delete any accounts or characters, but if this should change you will receive an email notifying you well in advance. Baring this in mind, we request you to make sure your email is always kept up to date on your World of Warcraft Account even when cancelled.
Note: You should not use this option when you only want to pause a subscription. For this you should cancel your recurring subscription plan, which can be done by choosing the appropriate option on "Cancel Subscription".
