How to Disable the Unauthorised Set-up of Mail Forwarding

Keywords: disable, mail, forward

If the security of your Battle.net account was compromised, we strongly recommend that you take the appropriate actions to maintain the security of your email account. If your email account's security is compromised, the individual that has gained unauthorised access will often set up a mail forwarding service which will send duplicate emails that you receive to their own email. This means that if we send you an email which contains personal account information, such as a new password, this individual would have access to that information as well.

Below, you will find instructions on how to identify if mail forwarding has been activated and how to disable it.

If your Battle.net account was compromised, before making any changes to your password, it's very important that you do everything you can to secure your account.
