This message usually occurs when you have selected the wrong card type, or entered the credit card number incorrectly. Please double check that you are selecting the correct credit card type (ie Visa Electron and not Visa, Mastercard and not JCB) and that the number is entered correctly.
If you try to enter the card details more than 3 times, you will not be able to add them again for 24 hours. You can try to add the payment again, with the correct details, the following day. If you do continue to try, there is a chance that your account will be blocked for up to 72 hours. If you are uncertain, please contact your bank and ask why the payment to us was refused or contact Account & Billing department for more information.
