I am getting a message to say my Credit card is invalid!

This message usually occurs when you have selected the wrong card type, or entered the credit card number incorrectly. Please double check that you are selecting the correct credit card type (ie Visa Electron and not Visa, Mastercard and not JCB) and that the number is entered correctly.

If you try to enter the card details more than 3 times, you will not be able to add them again for 24 hours. You can try to add the payment again, with the correct details, the following day. If you do continue to try, there is a chance that your account will be blocked for up to 72 hours. If you are uncertain, please contact your bank and ask why the payment to us was refused or contact Account & Billing department for more information.

Bought Digital copy off blizzard store. Approved that night. Next day get email saying card is rejected and they bumped my account back to the guest account. Tried purchasing again. Approved, but then again the next day get email saying rejected again. Called Credit card company and they say both transactions are approved and I've been charged twice. However I'm stuck on the guest account till support sorts this CRAP out. Opened support tix and still waiting for response.......

I had the same problem. First I got an error. Then I entered the same card info and it went through. But then I saw that they charged twice... Still waiting for ticket response.

Try to delete your card info and add a new payment method ... worked for me :D

Got the same problem here... used another card (and it went through) now end up having both card charged, waiting for a ticket response

Mine is a brand new card and it says that the number isn't correct but it is. All the rest of the details are correct.

The Problem is that my Visa Electron that i used to use here has expired and it asked for new expire date... i added the new card's expiry date and CVV code, since the card's number stood the same, but it still kept saying that this card has expired, pls enter new expary date.
